EXPERIENCIAS TECNOLOGICAS PARA EVENTOS SA DE CV, ("IN PULSE" or "We"), is a company duly incorporated under Mexican law and is responsible for collecting your personal data, its use, and its protection, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations. We have all appropriate physical, technical, technological, and administrative security measures in place to protect said data. In accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), we hereby inform our users and/or the general public of this PRIVACY NOTICE, as well as the use, processing, and protection of such data.

Likewise, IN PULSE's main commercial and economic activity is general event technology services and event production (in any form).
I. Personal Data.
In order for users to be duly informed about their Personal Data, we provide a brief explanation of such data, as well as IN PULSE's use of such data.
Personal Data: Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
Through this Privacy Notice, we inform you that we collect your personal data for the purposes mentioned below and inform you that your personal data will be treated and safeguarded based on the principles of legality, quality, consent, information, purpose, and responsibility, enshrined in the LFPDPPP (Spanish Law on the Protection of Personal Data). This Privacy Notice regulates the manner, terms, and conditions by which IN PULSE, including its subsidiaries and related companies, are empowered and authorized by the owner of the personal data.
We are responsible for protecting and safeguarding your personal data to prevent damage, loss, destruction, theft, use, alteration, as well as unauthorized processing of your personal data.
The IN PULSE website may include links to third-party websites. If you choose to use these links, you will leave the IN PULSE website. Therefore, we are not responsible for any relationship you have with third-party websites.
Personal Data is voluntarily provided by each user to IN PULSE through any of the following means: verbally, electronically, through surveys, by directly accessing the IN PULSE website, by sending electronic files, or by any other means, including, but not limited to, the direct submission of information to IN PULSE, accessing the IN PULSE website or that of its clients and/or affiliates, through telephone calls, sending and submitting requests by email, and any other means.
By providing your personal data through a request in paper format, digital format, email, telephone, or any other document, you agree and authorize IN PULSE to use and automatically process your personal data and information provided, which will become part of our database.
When you access our website and/or other electronic means, or through the use of the network from physical devices, the intranet, or the internet, we inform you that our systems may collect your data, such as your browser type, operating system, web pages visited, IP addresses, through cookies and/or web beacons, among others.
II. Purpose of requesting your Personal Data
The purposes for which we collect and use your personal data are:

Specifically and clearly, the purposes for which we collect your personal data are as follows:
Employees and/or Applicants (office and field).

III Means of Collecting Personal Data

IV Personal Data Requested
The personal data requested, depending on the purposes for which it is collected, is:

Identification Data: Information that allows us to differentiate you from other individuals. This data includes: name, Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), and Federal Taxpayer Registration Code (RFC);

Contact Information: Information that allows us to stay in touch with you. This data includes your address, company, position, email address, home or other contact phone number;

Electronic Records: This information includes the IP address with which you access the Website, user preferences, browser type, activity on the site, among other records.

Academic and/or Employment Data: This data is requested only from our employees and/or applicants for job profiling purposes and includes educational background, degree, academic history, professional license number, and certificates obtained.

Financial and transaction data: Bank card information will only be requested for payroll payments and/or any type of transaction related to a service and/or promotion;
V. ARCO Rights
In accordance with the LFPDPPP (Spanish Personal Data Protection Act), you enjoy the following ARCO rights:
Access: You have the right to access, consult, and know at any time the data you provided to us and that IN PULSE has about you, the purpose for which we use it, and the purposes for which we use it.
Rectification: You have the right to rectify, update, and/or correct the authorized Personal Data at any time if said Personal Data is outdated, incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete.
Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your authorization for the use and processing of your Personal Data at any time, and therefore to request that we delete your Personal Data from our records and databases when it is considered that said information is not being used for the purposes described.
Objection: Users have the right to object to the use and processing of their Personal Data, in general or specifically, if the data was collected without their consent and when there are reasonable grounds for doing so.
You may exercise your ARCO rights when you believe that the data is not required for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, that it is being used for purposes for which you did not consent, or that the contractual or service relationship has ended. You also have the right to object to certain processing activities we carry out and the right to revoke at any time the consent you have given us to process your data, to the extent permitted by law. The aforementioned rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Objection are commonly known as "ARCO Rights."
The mechanisms implemented by IN PULSE to exercise these rights are through the following steps:

Submit a request to the person responsible for the custody of your Personal Data, that is, to the department known as the IN PULSE Operations Center, which is indicated in the "Person Responsible for Personal Data" section of this Privacy Notice.

The request must be prepared and submitted by the owner of the Personal Data or their legal representative; the request must be made using the request form, which can be found at the following address: ARCO Rights Request Form and/or in a free-form document duly printed and signed by the owner or their representative.

If you do not have access to any type of electronic device with internet access and submit your request in writing, you or your representative must submit a request that must contain at least the following:

Full name, address, and email address of the Personal Data owner, or other means of communicating the response to your request.

Documents proving the identity or legal representation of the owner of the Personal Rights (INE, PASSPORT, CARD, CURRENT IMMIGRATION DOCUMENT)

A clear and precise description of the Personal Data regarding the ARCO right(s) you are seeking to exercise.

Any other element or document that facilitates locating the Personal Data.

The right to express your refusal and/or restriction on the processing of your Personal Data, prior to processing, may only be exercised by the data subject or their legal representative. If you require a restriction on the use or disclosure of your Personal Data, you may request it at any time through the following contact methods established above.
We also inform you that we have the necessary administrative, technical, and physical security measures in place, implemented in accordance with our security policies and procedures, to protect your Personal Data against improper or unlawful use, unauthorized access, or against the loss, alteration, theft, or modification of your Personal Data. Unlawful disclosure is prohibited, and processing is limited in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.
VII Data Transfer
If we transfer your Personal Data to one of our clients for the purposes of processing established in this Privacy Notice, this will be done after entering into confidentiality agreements, provided that the client or person to whom the data is transferred agrees to subject the processing of their Personal Data to this Privacy Notice.
If you do not express your objection to the transfer of your Personal Data to third parties, it will be deemed that you have given your consent.
We undertake not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of this Law.
VII Social Networks
Social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., constitute a platform for communication and interconnection between digital platforms of different users. Therefore, they are not the responsibility of IN PULSE and therefore contain liability limits specific to the development of each activity carried out on them. Therefore, they may not be under the direct responsibility of IN PULSE. The information you provide on social networks in which IN PULSE participates as a user does not constitute or form part of the Personal Data subject to the protection of this Privacy Notice. These are the responsibility of the company providing this platform and of the person who publishes it.
VIII. Use of Cookies
IN PULSE, on its own or through a third party contracted to provide measurement services, may use cookies when a user browses the website. Cookies are files sent to the browser by a web server to record the user's browsing activity.
The cookies used by the website are only associated with an anonymous user and their computer, and do not provide the user's personal data.
Through the use of cookies, the server hosting the website can recognize the user's web browser, making navigation easier. This allows, for example, access for previously registered users and access to areas, services, promotions, or contests reserved exclusively for them without having to register on each visit. Cookies are also used to measure audience and traffic parameters, and monitor the progress and number of entries.

All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file, which allows for subsequent processing of the data for the purpose of obtaining solely statistical measurements that allow us to know the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to the web services, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this privacy notice at any time to address legislative developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products.

The content of this Privacy Notice is for informational purposes only. Therefore, if you wish to express your acceptance or rejection of its content, or if you no longer wish to receive electronic information from us through our online portal, we invite you to send the corresponding request directly to the Personal Data Controller indicated in Section V of this document.
